A parish councillor accused of indecent assault and making a threat to kill has been released on conditional bail.
Andrew Humphries, of Saxons Heath, Long Wittenham, appeared at Didcot Magistrates' Court yesterday and was bailed to appear before Wantage magistrates on February 4.
Humphries, 40, who sits on Long Wittenham Parish Council, is charged with indecently assaulting and threatening to kill a woman on December 22.
