A controversial parachute school is seeking planning permission for its activities.
The London Parachute School uses a landing strip in field at Moorcourt Farm, Lewknor.
But the noise from its aircraft has annoyed residents there for several years as the parachuting is done only at weekends. South Oxfordshire District Council has tried to find a solution to the problem and has worked with the parish council to find a compromise.
Now the parachute school is applying for permission to use the strip on 28 days of the year.
