A Banbury man has denied murder.
Brian Cooper, 58, of Woodfield, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday and denied murdering David Hall, 33, of no fixed address, on December 3, last year. He was remanded in custody until his trial, which is listed to begin some time after April 29.
