There was disappointment for Banbury's Derbyshire brothers when they were forced to pull out of the latest round of the Radical Enduro Sportscar Championship at Brands Hatch.
Adam and Jamie qualified well in sixth position, with just a tenth of a second covering the first six cars. But Adam was only yards into the race proper when a transmission fault ended the brothers' hopes of going top of the championship table.
Bryce Wilson, who won the championship last year, was the eventual winner partnered by Andre D'Cruze. Second were Mick Mercer and Simon Moulton, with Peter Mangion and Rob Garofall in third.
Round five of the 12-race series takes place at Silverstone this weekend.
