A man from west Oxfordshire is facing more charges relating to explosive offences.
David Tovey, 36, appeared before Oxford Crown Court on Friday on two charges of possessing explosive substances at Carterton.
The allegations were in addition to other serious charges he recently appeared for in court.
His case was adjourned until August 16 for the latest charges to be linked with nine other charges, including possession of explosives and firearms, and racially aggravated criminal damage at public toilets in Witney.
All 11 offences are alleged to have occurred in February this year.
Tovey, of Brizewood, Carterton, was remanded in custody.
