An Arab student was attacked by two men in Abingdon on July 7 and hit over the head with a bottle.
The incident happened in Drayton Road as the student was walking home. He was confronted by two youths wearing baseball caps and, after a conversation, was hit by one of the youths with a bottle.
He was treated for cuts and bruises by a local doctor. The student was not robbed of money but his mobile phone is missing and the police believe it may have been stolen by his attackers.
