Chinnor has been named as one of the eight prime sites in the county for watching Red Kites.
The birds were re-introduced into the Chilterns in the 1990s and have flourished since. The village is hosting two Red Kite events. On July 14, at 10am, a walk starts at Chinnor Hill Nature Reserve.
On Monday, July 29, a talk on the re-introduction will be held at the Village Centre starting at 7.30pm.
