It was one of a series of Hand on Music Weekends organised by Oxford-based Dave Townsend at Henry Box School, in Church Green. Instruments involved included guitar, mandolin, mandola, cittern and bouzouki.
Mr Townsend, who plays concertina, fiddle, accordion and melodeon, has been arranging the music weekends since 1991. He plays with the Mellstock Band and The Lost Cause.
The next weekend in Witney will be on November 16 and 17 for melodeon players.
