Pensioner volunteers helped build an extension to a Didcot community centre.
The Jubilee Room at King Alfred Drive Community Centre was officially opened by Air Commodore Tim Howson, Station Commander at Vauxhall Barracks.

Mr Howson paid tribute to members of the United Services Association, including the chairman Fred Excell, who had planned and largely built the extension.
A plaque in memory of the late Eddie and Norah Tombs and Les Tredwell, who had made bequests towards the project, was unveiled.
The former GP surgery in the corner of Edinburgh Drive public car park is the headquarters of the United Services Association, but is also run as a community centre for groups and organisations.
Mr Excell said the cost of the extension could have been more than doubled had it not been for members and Adrian Morrison, of Wallingford and Didcot Lions, who helped with the building work.
