A woman from west Oxfordshire killed in a road accident on the A40 has been named.
Lillian Kupc, 79, of Carterton, died when the Ford Fiesta she was travelling in was involved in a collision with a Fiat Tipo outside the Inn for All Seasons Hotel, west of Burford, on October 20.
The Oxford to Cheltenham road was closed for six hours after the accident.
The four-car pile-up left three other people needing hospital treatment including the Fiesta driver and a man in his 60s, from Carterton, who was seriously injured.
