AUTOTYPE UTV LEAGUE ROUND-UP: Leaders Blue Boar had to fight back from two goals down to stay at the top of Division 1 with a 4-2 win over Buckland.

Boar, who are top of the pile on goal difference, were rocked when Danny Bradbury and Alex Morgan struck home.

However, they battled back well, Mark Hendry reducing the arrears just before the break.

The introduction of Chris Whitworth gave the Boar midfield better shape in the second half, and Hendry soon grabbed another to bring the scores level.

Boar continued to press and Paul Bedwell, on his debut, put his side ahead for the first time in the game.

Whitworth capped a fine display, rattling home a rasping shot from 25 yards.

Athletico Indaline stay second after beating East Hendred 2-0, thanks to goals from Andy Martin and Paul Evans.

A Lee Jones strike helped secure a 1-0 win for Sandman against Forest Hill.

However, Sandman were grateful to their keeper, Gary Nixon, for making brilliant stops from Giles Rowland and Brian Bennett.

Revival

Burford kept up their revival, thanks to a 4-1 win against Brightwell.

Ricky King opened the scoring after Simon Gibbs had headed down inside the box, and Gibbs made it 2-0 with a goal of his own just before the break.

Danny King and Dean Godfrey sealed the win, with Martin White scoring Brightwell's consolation.

In Division 2, The Bell beat The Dolphin 2-0, with goals from Stuart Pettifer and David Archer.

Rutherford Laboratory moved up two places with a 4-2 win against Didcot Labour Club.

Mark Parrott and Charlie Budzisweski gave the visitors a first-half lead.

However, strikes from Sonny Lindo (2), Martin Woodley and John Hawkins sealed a victory for the Lab.

In Division 3A, Clanfield 85 crashed 4-1 to Wheatley Park.

Park's scorers were Nick Edmonds, Keith Wallace, Geoff Simmonds and James Parker.

Clanfield's reply came through an own goal by Wheatley defender James Parker.

Standlake banished last week's 12-0 league drubbing in style, as they marched through to the third round of the Ridgeway Cup with a 7-1 home win over Cumnor side The Vine.

A brace from Stu Wells helped AFC Kidlington to a 5-1 victory over Long Wittenham.

Matt Elston and substitutes Dave Brennan and Dave Fletcher were on target for Kidlington, while Malcolm Tillbrook replied.

Milton United fought back from a goal behind to win 4-3 at AFC Oxford.

Andrew Pringle put Oxford ahead, before Milton lead 4-1 with strikes from Tom Larman, Tom Argent, Dave Bayliss and Mark Brind.

Terry Morrisey and Chris Dore reduced the deficit, but Milton held on for victory.
