A former factory site in Bicester is being sold following the closure of the Price's candleworks.
More than 30 people lost their jobs when Price's shut down the candle making plant in Launton Road.
The company moved to Bicester from London in 1997.
Managing director Richard Simpson said: "We sold the factory side of the business to a company in Italy because the factory in Bicester was no longer viable. This was a rationalisation exercise as the Italian company has much bigger factories. Candles with Price's name will still be sold."
