A woman was trapped in her car after it left the M40 and swerved in to a ditch on October 24.
The accident happened on the southbound carriageway, between the Ardley and Wendlebury junctions, at about 2.15pm. Firefighters from Bicester and an ambulance crew attended, but the woman did not require treatment.
