Stuart, 12, his sister Rebecca, 14, and their parents Colin and Di Dawes, are holding a book sale and Christmas Craft Fair at Foxbury Farm, in Burford Road, Brize Norton, on October 27.
Stuart and his friends Joshua Rigal and Edward Olivier, both 13, are organising the tombola and are appealing for prizes.
The Oxford Mail is backing the £15m campaign for the hospital, which will provide specialist care for children.
At the moment they are treated in several wards at the JR and the Radcliffe Infirmary in Woodstock Road, Oxford. The hospital is expected to be open by December 2005.
