Practice manager Wesley Rouse has been putting on fancy dress for the clinics to give free flu injections to pensioners.
Mr Rouse said: "We have to ask people quite a few questions so I though I would make it a bit more fun and relaxed by walking around dressed up.
"It makes the clinic a bit more of an occasion."
The centre holds between four and five clinics a year both in Charlbury and Stonesfield for around 850 pensioners.
