A music festival has raised £1,000 to help sick children.
The Music in the Abbey festival at Dorchester by the Orchestra of St John's was a major success.
The money will be divided equally between the Douglas House hospice project in Oxford and SoundStories, a project by the orchestra taking music and stories into hospitals and hospices.
Nicky Goulder, the orchestra's chief executive said: "We are delighted to be able to continue our commitment to working in the community."
