Witney produced their most commanding performance of the season with an emphatic 41-11 victory at Buckingham.
Fly half Francis Grant made Buckingham pay for their indiscretions with a personal haul of 26 points.
Two penalties by Grant and a superbly worked try for winger Angus Nicholson put Witney 11-3 up at half-time.
Witney took charge after the break, with centre Henry Lamb going over for two tries, while Grant charged down an attempted clearance and won the chase for the touchdown.
Grant converted all three tries and also landed three second-half penalties.
