Rover Oxford coasted to an emphatic 6-1 win at bottom club Tring in Division 1.
Two goals from James Pillinger and a brilliant solo effort from Toby Langdon put Rover firmly in charge at the break.
Rover maintained their dominance after the break and Danny Bleach latched onto a Kevin Wharton square ball to make it 4-0.
Tring's hopes of a comeback were temporarily boosted with a rare break which brought their first goal of the season.
But a second Langdon goal from a rasping short corner redressed the balance, and Bleach bagged his second at the death with an unstoppable drive.
