David Blagdon, who served 24 years in prison, has still not returned to a police bail hostel after going missing.
Mr Blagdon, 51, from Kingston Lisle, near Wantage, disappeared on October 11. Police are keen to find Mr Blagdon, who was released from prison in August. He was jailed for life for setting fire to curtains in St Laurence's Church, South Hinksey, in 1978.
