Terry Muckelberg put the visitors ahead after a flick-on at a corner, and on 34 minutes, man-of-the-match Nick Neal scored with an impressive strike from the edge of the box.
Neil King made it 3-0 at the break and Neal's second put Brackley's firmly in command, before Warren Fuller got a consolation for Highworth on 87 minutes.
