A man has been ordered to carry out unpaid community work after becoming aggressive at an Oxford shop.
David Lemonius, 36, from Stoke-on-Trent, used threatening words and behaviour at a Spar shop in Dunnock Way, Greater Leys, on May 6.
At Oxford Crown Court he admitted breaking section four of the Public Order Act.
Judge Mary Jane Mowat sentenced him to 12 months' community rehabilitation and a 50-hour community punishment order.
She said it was clear he became aggressive because he thought he had been 'slighted'.
