Barry Pearce is the new sheltered homes manager for Banbury Homes.
He will be responsible for the 600 sheltered properties in the Cherwell area.
He will oversee Banbury Homes' transition to 'supporting people' -- the new Government framework for funding support services which will come into force next April.
Mr Pearce joined Banbury Homes last year as a project worker with the North Oxfordshire Tenancy Support team.
