The Neasham Lloyd solicitors partnership in Sheep Street, Bicester, raised about £1,700 for Will Aid during November.
Clients donated the cost of having wills drawn up, and the partnership works for free.
Will Aid raises money for seven charities including Action Aid, the British Red Cross, Christian Aid, and Save the Children UK.
Since Will Aid began in 1988 it has raised more than £3.5m. The money goes to families living in poverty.
