A chase involving six police cars and the Thames Valley force helicopter ended in Drayton near Abingdon with the arrest of four teenagers.
The pursuit, on April 14, started at Wallingford Bridge when a stolen car was seen by a police patrol.
The vehicle failed to stop and sped off towards Shillingford along the A329 and carried on to the Golden Balls roundabout south of Nuneham Courtenay.
More officers joined the chase as the wanted car travelled through Abingdon and was abandoned in Drayton High Street where the four were arrested.
A 19-year-old was later charged with driving offences and theft. The others were not charged. A 18-year-old man and two girls aged 15 and 16 were arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent but were released without charge.
