Work on a £400,000 scheme to reduce noise from the Williams F1 headquarters at Grove is on track to be finished by July.
Williams F1 general manager Alex Burns.
Building work is underway to fit an acoustic shield around the site's wind tunnel, following complaints from neighbours.
The company has installed a temporary enclosure around the tunnel to reduce noise until the shield is finished.
The measures follow weeks of talks with environmental health officers from the Vale of White Horse District Council.
Jeremy Kent, of North Drive, wrote more than 50 letters of complaint to officers and councillors.
At a media briefing on Wednesday, the managing director of Williams F1, Sir Frank Williams, said he "regretted" if residents had endured sleepless nights, as the company was committed to being a considerate neighbour.
He said: "As soon as it became apparent it was causing problems for a number of houses in the north part of Grove, we took steps to address that."
The company is building a second tunnel, which will have an in-built acoustic enclosure.
