Aunt Sally players have helped boost the Oxford Children's Hospital Campaign by raising £450 for the £15m appeal.
Members of the DC Wright Invitation Aunt Sally League, which has weekly matches at the Cowley Conservative Club, in Between Towns Road, Cowley, raised the money through raffles and a dance.
The league's honorary secretary, George Lowe, said: "We nominate a charity every season and this was seen as a good suggestion.
"There are about 60 people involved in the league, and they have all contributed to the funds in some way or another."
The children's hospital is due to be built at the John Radcliffe Hospital, in Headington, Oxford, by December 2005.
