Leo D'Erlanger made a winning debut for Thame ABC at the club's final tournament of the season in front of a packed crowd at the Thame United Social Club.

He excelled by outpointing Bulmershe's Ibrar Riyaz, another ring debutant, after setting the pace in the first two rounds, before battling his way through the third.

He was one of nine Thame boxers who were in action.

Ryan Wilkins used his jab well to claim a unanimous verdict over Marlow's Daniel Pithers.

Shane Massey avenged a previous defeat by outpointing Penhill rival Kelvin Young on a split decision.

Pat Nevin had to come from behind as Marlow rival Steve Shaw set the pace in their encounter, but he turned the tide with more precise punching to claim victory on a split decision.

Steve King battled bravely, but could not match the pace or precision of RAF rival Greg Davies, who imposed a standing count during the second round.

Albert Wells rallied strongly to claim the final period, but his valiant effort wasn't enough to erode the lead built up by Hanwell rival Luke Brennan.

Jesse Wells took two standing counts, but kept battling gamely during a points defeat by Bulmershe rival Aaron Green.

Mark McCullough went down on points to Wolvercote's Paul Stedman after four pulsating rounds.

The welterweight series between southpaw Ben Underwood and Wolvercote's Peter Mullins now stands at one-one after the latter avenged his previous defeat in an absorbing encounter.
