Thame United boss Andy Sinnott aims to end the season on a high by beating near neighbours and Ryman Division 1 North rivals Oxford City in their last match of the season at Windmill Stadium on Saturday.
Mark AveryAfter winning 2-1 at high-flying Wealdstone last weekend, and emerging from a positive meeting with chairman Jim Tite on Wednesday, Sinnott, who threatened to resign earlier in the season, is now much more confident about the future of the club.
"I was given some reassurances about things that were causing me concern, such as the playing budget and the pitch budget," he said.
"I feel quite comfortable with the situation. It was an encouraging and positive meeting, and just what I wanted to hear ahead of the game with City.
"And I'm quite confident that those assurances will be delivered, and I can start planning for next season."
