Aaron Teal was the star of the show again as he set a new Abingdon Amblers' club record in the 400m in the Heart of England League Division 1 meeting at Banbury.
Teal, running in the under 17 men's race also achieved not only a National Grade 1 time, but also an English Schools' qualifying time of 51.00secs.

Under 17 men - 100m: A Teal 11.5. 400m: A Teal 51.00, J Lodowski 54.2.
Under 13 girls - 800m: S Woodside 3.06.1pb. Long jump: S Woodside 3.26.
Under 15 girls - 75mH: B Hampson 13.2. 100m: B Hampson 14.00. Long jump: 4.48.
Under 17 women - 80mH: S Bazylkiewicz 12.9. 200m: S Lewis 27.4. Javelin: L-J Chisnall 18.08.
