A woman was beaten and her handbag stolen in the early hours of June 29.
The 19-year-old was punched in the head and knocked to the ground in Iffley Road, Oxford, at 3.20am.
She was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital and discharged after treatment.
Her attacker was one of four Asian men in a dark-coloured car. He was 30, 6ft 3in tall, with a goatee beard and curly hair. Witnesses should call 01865 266117 or the anonymous Crimestoppers number, 0800 555111.
