Police are urging people to be vigilant after a spate of arson attacks on cars.
Since January, vandals in Bicester have set fire to 12 cars -- eight of them in the Glory Farm area last month. In the same period last year there were six incidents.
Earlier this month, a disabled man's Citroen Xsara car was destroyed in Nuffield Close.
Pc Paul Coombes said: "We have increased the level of policing in the affected areas, but would ask people to contact us if they have information that may help our investigation, or if
they see suspicious activity that they believe might be linked to car arson."
Call Pc Coombes on 08458 505505 or the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555111.
