Egham Tn 1, Oxford City 6: Mark Simms marked his return debut for Oxford City with a hat-trick to give his new club their first win of the season in Southern League Division 1 West last night.
City opened the scoring in the second minute through Jemaine Ferreira, who then made it 2-0.
Simms hit No 3 in the 23rd minute, and the former Banbury player struck again in the 49th minute.
Gavin Mernagh pulled a goal back two minutes later, but Simms completed his hat-trick in the 55th minute, and Garath McCleary scored his first senior goal to completed the rout.
Oxford City: Caulfield, Antonwicz, Lee (Thomas 80), Cruse, Brown, Smillie, Ballard, Parker (Durrant 70), Cort, Simms (McCleary 64), Ferreira. Subs not used: Baker, Benbow.
