Abingdon Town boss Paul Berry says his Ryman League Division 2 side are more than capable of winning tomorrow's FA Cup preliminary round clash with Southern League outfit Oxford City at Court Place Farm.

Berry said: "I know they have yet to win a game this season, but I don't think that will make any difference. League form goes out of the window in the FA Cup.

"It just depends on who performs on the day."

Former Town and now City players Garry Parker, Stuart Douglas, Jon Steadman, Jason Thomas and Joe Caulfield, will have points to prove.

Town boast ex-City players Leighton Creer, Darren Clare, Jimmy Smith, Matty Whitehead and Chris Brain.

Berry, who will be pitting his wits against former Town boss and now City coach Pete Lamont, added: "The money factor is a big consideration with this game. But there will also be local pride at stake."

City boss Andy Sinnott, whose side have yet to score a goal at home, let alone win, said: "We will have to be at our best to beat them.

"The winners will be the side that works the hardest. I can't wait for the game."

Striker Wayne Cort and keeper Steve Benbow (both groin) are doubtful.

Thame United will be without striker Mickey Channon (broken cheekbone) when they travel to Eastern Counties Premier Division outfit Norwich United.

Defender Tony Joyce returns after a calf strain, though Jon Gardner (calf) is doubtful.

Brackley Town are without Paul Powell (knee) when they host Eastern League Premier outfit Stowmarket Town.

Also out are Mike Ford, Aaron Parkinson (both suspended) and Lewis Craker (holiday).

Abingdon United miss the suspended Mark O'Hara when they host Wessex League Division 1 side Cowes Sports.

Their only injury doubt is Chris Hooper (ankle).

Gary Swann is set to return from a thigh strain for Wantage Town when they entertain Hellenic League Premier Division rivals Carterton.

Wayne Harbert is unavailable, though Chris Nelson and Peter Broad return.

Mark Odom is back for Carterton, but Nick Heritage (back), Mark Jordan, John Carey and Michael Duerden (all ankle) miss out.

Didcot Town are set to give a debut to former Henley midfielder Robert Wilkinson at Sussex League Division 1 side Sidlesham.

Town will be without Andy Parrott (work), Bradley Ward (holiday), Andy Cooper (knee), while James McKinney (knee) is a doubt. HOW THEY LINE UP Abingdon Tn (v Oxford City, away): Barrett, Brain, Creer, Burden, Davis, Clare, Scanes, Johnstone, Franch, Whitehead, Butler, Beauchamp, Barton, Curtis.
