Wee are all La Fing over your article about plans for the colour coding of traffic into Oxford (Oxford Mail, April 1).
However, I have to say that it contained some serious errors.
The actual proposal was to allow only green cars (including the Lord Mayor's Toyota Prius) to come into the city over periods of 25 minutes.
These would be followed by periods of five minutes for all others except red, yellow and blue ones, which would not be allowed in at all.
I was also surprised to see the mistake in the name of the councillor you quoted.
As I am sure you are aware, she reverted to her former name of Iona Greenbyke some considerable time before joining the Green Party.
Councillor Greenbyke assures me she has not been a Redcarr since she left the Labour Party.
