UPDATE: More details on John Radcliffe deaths
FOUR child heart patients who died at the John Radcliffe Hospital were operated on by the same surgeon, the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals Trust has confirmed.
Paediatric cardiac surgery has been suspended at the hospital following the four deaths, which occurred over a three month period.
