Man charged with Bicester murder
Police have charged a 50-year-old man with the murder of Lisa Ruth Consterdine in Bicester yesterday.
Sean Freaney, of Purslane Drive, Bicester, has been charged and remanded to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
