Police today appealed for information following a spate of criminal damage at public lavatories in Browns Lane, Woodstock.

Woodstock Neighbourhood Specialist Officer PC Gordon Richardson said: “The vandalism has been ongoing at the toilets since before Christmas, taking place on weekday afternoons between 3pm and 6pm.

"We carry out daily patrols of the area and have put up signs appealing for information or witnesses. The new district council community wardens will also be patrolling the area.

“I would like to reassure residents and visitors to Woodstock that we will not tolerate this type of behaviour and are determined to catch these offenders.”
