Littlemore followed up a good win against Marston Saints in their previous fixture with another good victory against Chalgrove Cavaliers.

Littlemore started the match well, going 1 - 0 ahead after 5 mins with a good finish from Daryl Samworth after outpacing the defenders.

Daryl scored another well taken goal after 20 minutes to make the score 2 - 0 at the break with Littlemore limiting Chalgrove to few, clear-cut opportunities.

Chalgrove started the 2nd half well as they tried to force their way back into contention controlling the early stages and being rewarded with a goal at the near post, after a short corner to make the score 2 - 1.

Littlemore responded well taking a 3 - 1 lead after some skillful play from Nish Parameswaran to go past at least 3 players, starting off his dribble near the centre circle and ending in the 18 yard box with a good solo goal.

Chalgrove rallied again with a counter-attack after gaining possession on the half-way line, the Littlemore goalkeeper responded well to an slightly overhit through ball but was very unfortunate to see the ball slip underneath him for the opposition striker to square to his team-mate for a tap-in to make the score 3 - 2.

Littlemore controlled the latter stages of the match with Saul St. Clair shooting narrowly over after a good interchange around the Chalgrove 18 yard area, before Iman St. Clair scored the 4th goal to round off a good team performance, credit should be given to Lewis Stowell who was hit in the face by the ball, at close range (blocking an attempted clearance) before it dropped for Iman to score with a shot that rolled into the corner from 15 yards out to make the score 4 - 2.
