Have the police, or other readers, noticed that during rush hour on St Giles the 20mph limit is almost universally ignored?
Those who do try to adhere to it risk beeping horns and dangerous driving from anyone behind. This is very bad news for any learner motorcyclists like myself who have to deal with this behaviour from supposedly experienced drivers.
Why do the police turn a blind eye to this?
Perhaps the law really is an ass.
