Snow is coming your way — that’s the warning for people in Oxfordshire this morning from Met Office forecasters.
Snow showers are expected to hit the region this afternoon as the cold front moves in from the north.
Met Office spokesman Andrew Kimber said: “Rest assured, snow is coming your way.
“It has been snowing in Manchester and that cold front is moving south.
“Snow is expected in Oxfordshire this afternoon and there could be heavy snow overnight with several centimetres lying on the ground by tomorrow morning.
“Temperatures fell to -8.6C at RAF Benson last night and those freezing overnight temperatures are set to continue throughout the week.
“Temperatures will pick up during the day, but it won’t get much above freezing.”
