A list of people who have recently been convicted of offences at magistrates' courts around the county

OXFORD

Martin Cox, 37, of White Road, East Hendred, was convicted of travelling on a railway without paying a fare on August 9. Fined £30, costs of £15 and £5 compensation.

Elanor Dunn, 43, of Lavender Close, Banbury, admitted travelling on a railway without paying a fare on August 9. Fined £20, costs of £15 and compensation of £8.70.

Teejay Jeacock, 22, of Edward Street, Banbury, admitted driving without insurance, driving without a licence and drink driving in Ock Mill Close, Abingdon, on September 24. Gave a breath test of 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg.

Banned from driving for two years and given 140 hours’ unpaid work.

Ashley Dyer, 21, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting make-up valued at £7 from Claire’s Accessories in Oxford on November 23.

Given a 12-month community order with a supervision requirement.

Pablo Cruz Villacis, 31, of Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on November 10.

Told to pay £40 costs and given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Martin McDonagh, 18, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on September 28. Told to pay £50 costs and given an additional 10 hours’ unpaid work.

Tahir Bania, 21, of Elder Way, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public in Crown Street, Oxford, on November 24. Told to pay costs of £85 and given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Mark Richards, 25, of Lincoln Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a girl by beating in Oxford on November 21.

Fined £160, costs of £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Mark Coles, 48, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting 19 Blu-Ray discs valued at £432.88 from HMV in Oxford on October 21.

Given a six-week electronically monitored curfew between 8pm and 6am. Also told to pay £85 costs.

Jamie Smith, 23, of Brampton Road, Headington, admitted possessing Class B drug cannabis in Oxford on November 17.

Fined £80, costs of £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Roger Radburn, 34, of Atwell Place, Headington, admitted shoplifting a jacket valued at £150 from Extreme in Oxford on June 12.

Given a six-month community order with a supervision requirement. Told to pay £150 compensation.

Kelly Alhamis, 29, of Pheasant Walk, Littlemore, admitted possessing 11 wraps of class A crack cocaine in Littlemore on August 17.

Given 120 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs.

Elisha Timmins, 18, of Pound Way, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on September 15. Given an additional 15 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £25 costs.

Jason Glover, 29, of Brampton Road, Headington, admitted shoplifting two electric razors valued at £118.50 from Marks and Spencers in Oxford on November 13. Given a six-month community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months. Also told to pay £40 costs.

Glen Ramsay, 35, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a clock, valued at £25, from Scriptum in Oxford on November 13. Jailed for six weeks for persistent offending.

DIDCOT

Joshua Bedford, 21, of Longfields, Marcham, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on July 13. Given an additional eight hours’ unpaid work and told to pay costs of £75.

Kevin Craperi, 25, of Grange Beck, Didcot, admitted driving without insurance in Marsh Lane, Marston, on June 30. Fined £250, costs of £65 and a victims’ surcharge of £15. Also given six penalty points.

Jessica Fox, 19, of Dundas Close, Abingdon, admitted driving without insurance in Newlands Avenue, Didcot, on July 7. Banned for three weeks, a six-month conditional discharge and £65 costs.

Abdoulaye Niang, 41, of Westminster Way, Oxford, admitted failing to stop at a red light on a pelican crossing in Cowley Road, Oxford, on August 14. Banned from driving for six months, fined £50 and told to pay £15 costs.

Jeanette Pughsley, 46, of High Street, Sutton Courtenay, admitted driving without insurance, driving without an MoT and using a vehicle while failing to display a vehicle or trade licence in Hanney Road, Steventon, on May 28. Fined £200, costs of £15 and six penalty points.

Craig Bailey, 20, of Stockleys Road, Marston, convicted of driving without a licence, driving without insurance and driving without an MoT certificate in Horspath Driftway, Oxford, on July 2. Fined £500, costs of £85 and a victims’ surcharge of £15. Six penalty points.

Stephen Dunkley, 55, of Burcot Park, Burcot, admitted failing to stop after a road accident and failing to report a road accident in which his VW Passat damaged an Audi on June 16 in Sainsbury’s car park, Didcot. Fined £200, costs of £65 and a victims’ surcharge of £15. Six penalty points.
