A WOMAN who fell from a multi-storey car park today has died in hospital.
Police and paramedics were called at around 12.40pm after a woman in her 40s fell from the five-storey Charter car park, at Broad Street, in Abingdon.
She was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police closed Queen Street, causing traffic problems in the town.
The woman, who has not been named, died at hospital at around 5pm.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious. Queen Street has now been reopened.
