WITH reference to recent cases in the Oxford Mail about fines for litter dropping, I would like to ask what is done about horse riders.
They must know when their horse has ‘been’, but never clear it up.
People can be fined for not cleaning up after dogs in the park, yet a horse ‘pile’ is very inconvenient – especially when pedestrians, cyclists, and those with pushchairs have to go round it.
It’s about time they were made to clean up or be fined.
