Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a property in Binsey Lane, Oxford.

Thieves forced their way into the property some time between 7.30am and 7.30pm on Monday.

Items stolen in the break-in included two 42in TVs, two MP3 players, two digital cameras, a laptop, a man’s watch and a stereo.

Det Con Kevin Parsons said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen people acting suspiciously in the area on the day of the break-in.

“There may well have been a vehicle used in the burglary, so if anyone saw any suspicious cars or vans parked in the lane then we want to hear from them.”

Anyone with information should contact Det Con Parsons via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police Enquiry Line on 0845 8 505 505, or alternatively contact the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
