A 26-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with trashing a room at Oxford’s Randolph Hotel.
Benjamin Howard, of Luther Street, Oxford, was arrested at the hotel, in Beaumont Street, on October 15, and charged on Friday with affray and criminal damage.
He bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 1.
