CONSERVATIVE Party leader and Witney MP David Cameron, above, has apologised for failing to notify Westminster Abbey officials ahead of a photo opportunity at a Remembrance Day service.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown also said sorry after the Dean of Westminster Abbey rebuked the pair for being photographed at the Field of Remembrance without permission.
Mr Cameron told the BBC: “This was something that should not have happened and I regret that.”
