A very miserable morning ( weather wise ) saw some great football as both teams slugged it out for the three points. Oxford City struck first with a goal from Luke Milward. But kidlington struck back shortly after with a great goal from Connor Alsopp. Kidlington then took the lead with a goal from Sam Newcombe. But kidlington could not keep the lead, as the Colts struck back with a goal from Declan ODonnel.
So 2 a peice at half time. The weather taking its toll on the cold wet players. The second half saw Kidlington take the lead once more, with a great goal from Ciaran Murphy, but yet again, The Colts struck back with an equalizer from Tines Henry. Great football by both teams, and it could still go either way. But it was kidlington that took the lead yet again, with a great 2nd goal from Ciaran Murphy. The Colts were ubnable to strike back this time, and Ciaran finished the game off with a well deserved Hat Trick. Final score saw Kidlington win 5 - 3.
