FOLLOWING last week’s traffic jam – don’t forget to check the coolant level in your car’s engine. I noticed mine was down to the low level.
Isn’t it also time we had a congestion-busting team to move in and disable traffic lights, in the event of gridlock, then manually clear the road system?
