Paramedics are currently treating a man in High Street, outside University College.
A South Central Ambulance Service spokesman said the man had either fallen off his bicycle or been involved in a collision with a vehicle.
It is not yet known if his injuries are serious.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene at 6pm.
