OXFORD Daryoush Kianzad, 18, of Walton Street, Oxford, admitted using a car without third party insurance and other than in accordance with a licence in Oxford on September 7. Given eight penalty points, fined £150 with a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Michael Parker, 31, of Lawrence Road, Oxford, admitted ABH in Oxford on June 21. Placed under a curfew for three months, and ordered to pay £150 compensation, and £85 costs.

Peter Haslam, 37, of Larkhill Road, Abingdon, was found guilty of assault at Abingdon on May 23. Given a community order to carry out 80 hours unpaid work over the next 12 months.

Joe Faller, 21, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted assault at Oxford on May 8. Given a community order to be placed under supervision for 12 months and attend a substance abuse programme. Also ordered to pay £50 costs.

Rosemary Maughan, 36, of Longlands Road, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated harassment in Oxford on May 2. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Kafayat Sarumi, 37, of Merewood Avenue, Southfield, Headington, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance in Holloway, Oxford, on June 24. Banned from driving for three months, and given a community order to be placed under supervision for six months.

Christopher Wyatt, 49, of Virginia Way, Abingdon, admitted driving while disqualified, using a car without third party insurance, and using a mobile phone while driving, in B480 Watlington Road, on July 24. Given a community order to carry out 130 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months, with £85 costs.

Courtney Austin, 20, of Cornwallis Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to work as instructed on July 7. Ordered to pay £50 costs, and placed under curfew for 12 weeks.

Simon Sarbon, 34, of Garsington Road, Cowley, admitted three counts of criminal damage to a property valued less than £5,000 on June 30. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £520 compensation.

Brian Huntley, 20, of Woodhill Drive, Grove, admitted possession of cannabis in Abingdon on September 18. Fined £150 with a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Steven Gibson, 43, of Phipps Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Oxford on June 17. Banned from driving for 36 months, fined £120. ordered to pay £60 costs, and a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Liam Rowe, 18, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to report for supervision on July 29 and August 3. Two original offences for possession of cannabis resentenced. Given a community to attend appointments with a responsible officer for five days and pay £50 costs.

Stephen Fine, 47, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing confectionary to the value of £1.54 and possession of a lock knife in Oxford on August 10. Given a six-month conditional discharge.

DIDCOT Darren Buchan, 23, of Thames View, Abingdon, admitted stealing a bottle of cider to the value of £3.29 from Budgens in Abingdon on August 3. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a community order to undertake education, training, and employment activities for 10 days and pay £40 costs.

Grant Caistor, 19, of Laburnham Grove, Didcot, admitted assault in Didcot on August 17. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £40 costs.

Michael Sheridan, 39, of Carse Close, Abingdon, admitted using a car without third party insurance on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford on May 18. Given six points, fined £50, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Steven Holmes, 38, of Churchfields, Stonesfield, admitted using a mobile phone while driving in North Way, Oxford, on June 4. Given six penalty points, fined £60 and with a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Bozena Hynaz, 39, of Headington, admitted using a car without third party insurance and other than in accordance with a licence in Northcourt Road, Abingdon, on May 22. Given six penalty points, fined £250, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Elisabeth Meyer, 38, of Wilcher Close, East Hagbourne, admitted using a car without third party insurance, on the A34 at Marcham on November 3 last year. Given six penalty points, fined £250, £60 costs and a £15 victims’s surcharge.

Neil Davenport, 45, of Goose Green Close, Oxford, admitted using a car without third party insurance in Goose Green Close, Oxford on June 19. Given six points on licence, fined £85 with a £15 victim surcharge.

Everest Sidhu, 41, of Wynbush Road, Oxford, admitted driving a car without due care and attention, on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford, on March 23. Also admitted failing to report a road accident. Given seven penalty points, fined £700 with £60 costs and a £15 victims’s surcharge.
